Scientific Background

The health check-up is the result of more than ten years of development. From 2000 to 2007 the check-up was used as a research instrument for the relationship between work stress and accelerated aging. Researchers from ETH Zurich, the Harvard School of Public Health, the National Institute of Aging (USA) and the University of Heidelberg participated in its development. This research has resulted in the publication of over 50 articles in international scientific journals.
